I found my Class details on TeacherLane -- where did you obtain my information?
There are two ways we find the teachers listed on our site:
1. We scour the internet, directories, yellow pages, and more to find the best group of teachers around. We never buy or sell information, and we never use "bots" or artificial means to gather information.
2. Our members recommend teachers via the Suggest a Teacher form. If there is any incorrect info on your profile page, please write to us at support@teacherlane.com. We'll fix it promptly.

Do you share my information with anyone?
No. We do not sell or share your information with others, we only allow our listed user to access your information.

Registration is fast and free. You have to just SIGNUP and start availing the services of TeacherLane.

How to join TeacherLane ? As a Teacher
Teachers can register online and create a personal page giving information on their lessons and classes, and contact details and can write an article for any subject they have expertise in. Registration is fast and almost free.

How do I remove myself from TeacherLane?
Simply write to us at support@teacherlane.com and we will remove your listing, alternatitevly you can remove yourself by deleting your account in the “My Settings” section.

How does TeacherLane make money?
TeacherLane business plan is to make money in two ways:
1. We will display contextual ads that are related to the page you're on. we will ensure all those adds relating to education. If you click any of these links or buy any of these products, we'll earn a small commission.
2. There will be a nominal membership fee for teachers, institute and classes for one year and three years. Though till October 15th 2009, there will be no membership fee.

Is TeacherLane in my city?
TeacherLane has launched with extensive class and teacher coverage in Delhi & NCR. If your town is not on the list, fear not! You can still sign up and become a member, and help us kickstart the TeacherLane community in your hometown.
In the meantime, we're working to launch TeacherLane in additional cities. You can request us to be notified when we come to your town by writing to us at info@teacherlane.com. Currently, we’re only in the Delhi & Ncr We hope to expand nationally, but we are first setting our sights on our own backyard.

What is the future plan of teacherLane?
We want to create and inspire change on learning and teaching horizon by encouraging Student-Teacher collaboration through the web. As we continue to improve and innovate; we are very much guided by our philosophy of simplicity. We want this to be helpful, and we want it to be easy.
